Cancellations made less than 1 week before our class start time will incur a $75 fee. There are NO REFUNDS if you cancel within 1 week of our class start date or after our class has begun. If you birth early or have an unusual emergency, please contact me to discuss your situation on a case-by-case basis. I reserve the right to cancel any class or class series at any point before the class start date and will refund all monies paid to all registrants or provide options to reschedule. I am a practicing Doula/student Midwife, and may need to attend a birth. No refunds will be given for missed classes.. Your signature below confirms that you understand and agree to the refund policy.

I hereby state that I am enrolling in the selected course of my own free will and with the understanding that this course is designed to strengthen my understanding of the birth process, feeding knowledge, coping techniques, my rights as a patient, and medical options. I further understand that the content of this course is in no way intended to be represented as medical advice or as a prescription for medical procedure. I am aware that I should seek the advice of a health-care provider to answer any health-related or pregnancy-related issues surrounding my pregnancy, my labor, or my birth. I take personal responsibility for all outcomes.

I therefore agree that I will in no way hold Mystic Mothering Birth Services or its representatives responsible for any special circumstances that could arise as a result of my pregnancy, my labor, or the birth of my child; and I agree that neither I nor any member of my family will make any claim or initiate any suit against any of the above-named parties now or at any time in the future.

MISSED/MAKEUP CLASS POLICY
It is vitally important to your education that you and your birthing companion attend each scheduled class/classes, so please make absolutely sure you can attend each of the sessions/session before signing up. Should an emergency arise please reach out to see if there are any possible alternate arrangements that can be made to get you up to speed for the information that was missed. No refunds will be given for missed classes.

Private Classes: There will be a $30 cancellation fee for cancellations made without a 24-hour notice. Please email [email protected] with any scheduling concerns.

In the event the instructor needs to miss a class due to an unforeseen circumstance (such as a family emergency or to attend a birth), we will alert all students as soon as possible, and arrange a make up session at no extra charge. Of course, we will do everything in our power to avoid such situations and to always keep open communication with students.
